tilly-Q 3aa3871b90 This commit had some important milestones in it. The major update is that now I
have mostly completed the moderator punishment and resolution of reports. Along
with this, I have also added one last table to the database: one that holds ar-
-chived (or resolved) reports. This is some of the primary functionality of my
whole update, so this is a big step! The other changes I made this update are
primarily organizational. I refactored some of my code into functions and I cl-
eaned up many of my templates.

What is GNU MediaGoblin?
========================

* Initially, a place to store all your photos thats as awesome as, if
  not more awesome than, existing network services (Flickr, SmugMug,
  Picasa, etc)
* Customizable!
* A place for people to collaborate and show off original and derived
  creations. Free, as in freedom. Were a GNU project after all.
* Later, a place for all sorts of media, such as video, music, etc hosting.
* Later, federated with OStatus!

Is it ready for me to use?
==========================

Yes! But with caveats. The software is usable and there are instances
running, but it's still in its early stages.
