Porting video to GStreamer 1.0

Porting includes:
 - thumbnailer
 - transcoder
 - metadata handling
 - new common discoverer for media
 - new tests with in-memory test video generating
 - handling regardless of audio availability in the file
 - Pythonic gst pipelines
